She graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and began her first professional experience in the USA, working in various positions in the hotel industry. After returning to the Czech Republic, she worked in project management and marketing at the Czech food company Zedníček, which operated a network of 70 brick-and-mortar branches. Here, she had the opportunity to gain experience and develop her work on improving the customer experience. After her maternity leave, she joined the then start-up Visa Czech Top Shop project as a manager. Now in its fourth year, this project evaluates and rewards customer experience in three countries: the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia.
