Luboš Rejchrt, Plaček Group

For nine years, he has been the chief operating officer of the Plaček Group, which includes the largest Czech pet supplies chain, Super Zoo. During this time, he has managed to implement a number of new technologies and customer services such as 24/7 operations, mobile applications, click & collect, in-store grooming salons and veterinary clinics. He joined Super Zoo from a position as country manager at the recruitment agency Grafton. Prior to that, he worked as the HR director at J&T Bank.
