Jan Chovanec, Malfini

Jan Chovanec is an experienced manager with 25 years of experience in the private and public sector. He studied international business at the University of Economics in Prague, where he later successfully completed his doctoral studies with a focus on strategic and process management in state administration. The majority of his career is connected with the consulting company Adwise, where he led or participated in dozens of projects involving strategic management, change management, quality management or reengineering in large and medium-sized companies and state organizations. He gained experience including solutions for strategic management of ICT support or supply chain management, for example at Škoda Auto, Českomoravská stavební spořitelna, Leasing Česká spořitelna, Czech Railways, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic or the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic. Before his work in Malfini, he worked for four years as the director of the state-owned enterprise CENDIS (Centre for Transport Information Systems).
