During her 15-year career, she has long been involved in the retail environment, holding leadership positions at chains like Zara and Intimissimi. She gained experience in excellent customer service during her studies in the USA. More than three years ago, she joined Alza with a vision to change the company culture and make the customer a priority throughout the company. She built the Customer Experience department from scratch at Alza, implemented effective processes and measurable KPIs, aiming to align the company with US market standards. She advocates for always telling the customer the truth – no hidden fees or free shipping. Her big dream is to bring a fantastic customer experience to the Central European e-commerce market through Alza.
